We respect your privacy and only collect the information necessary to provide access to CRS XML Builder, manage licences, respond to enquiries, and deliver product updates.

Information we may collect

We may collect contact details, license information, payment-related references, support messages, and any files or data voluntarily provided for CRS XML generation or support.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the requested service, issue or manage licences, respond to support requests, improve the product, and comply with administrative, legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.

CRS files and spreadsheet data

Any files or data provided for CRS XML generation are handled confidentially and are used only for the purpose of preparing, validating, or supporting the requested reports.

The desktop app

The app processes your spreadsheet on your own computer. Your spreadsheet, account data and XML files are not sent to us.

The app stores on your computer: your FI details and column mappings (customer_config.json), your licence file, and a usage record that holds account counts only (never account data).

Sharing of data

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only where necessary to provide the service, process payments, host the website, or comply with legal obligations. The service providers we use are Netlify (website hosting) and Payhip (payments).

Retention

Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was provided, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, accounting, or compliance reasons.

Your rights

Depending on applicable data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data.
