All plans are designed for annual CRS reporting workflows. Users remain responsible for reviewing generated XML files before submission.

How licensing works

After purchase we email you a licence file (license.json) within 24-48 hours. Copy it into the app's folder, next to crs_desktop_app.exe, and restart the app. The app shows your licence, the accounts left and the expiry date.

Each account counts once per licence, so you can fix your data and generate the same file again at no extra cost. Runs that stop with errors never count. Licences keep working for 7 days after the expiry date, so you have time to renew.

If a file has more accounts than your licence has left, the app tells you before it creates anything, and nothing is counted. Upgrade or contact us.
